Great tasting food at super reasonable prices

It sometimes hit and miss when you venture out and try a new place or experience. Dhok Koon was a nice find in Fairy Meadow. The food here is excellent, very tasty and in good size sharing portions. Limited parking on the restaurant side but ample street parking. Highly recommend this for the awesome thai food and friendly service

Reviews are relative. This cute little eatery doesn't stand a chance in front of the Royal Banquet in the palace of the king of Thailand (not that I've ever been there), but when you set your expectations right, it delivers. Good flavours, abundant serving size (for us hungry blokes), dishes are cooked fresh upon order, prices reasonable. If you are looking for a no frills budget Thai meal after a hard day's work, come to this place, you won't be disappointed.

Food is very nice and at reasonable prices, me and my boyfriend have been there a couple of times and service is always quick and friendly!

Food came out haphazardly, service was a poor even though the restaurant was empty. Won't be back..

While on holidays we decided to eat here one night..The food and service was so good that we decided we had to come back the following night to enjoy the food again. The curry puffs and spring rolls are must try and the red curry was to die for! Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area to go for dinner! It was absolutely amazing.

Incredible food a a more than fair price. 2 entrees, 2 big mains and a side of rice for under $60, especially with a meal of such diverse flavour. Very satisfied!

I went there yesterday. The food was ok but not fantastic. Ordered prawn skewers with satay, a lot of oil. Mains was green curry chicken with boiled rice. They could've left the zucchini out as it turned to mush and wasn't pleasant to eat.
